Spitfire 400 Kit Finally Finished

Postby comanche163 » Sun May 03, 2015 10:53 pm

After a year, my son and I finally finished building the Spitfire. We took several months off while building it but finally finished it last week and hung it from his ceiling.
We covered it with Balsa instead of tissue since we were only planning on displaying it.
He was 8 when we started and now he's 9. It was a great way for him to lean patients and I think it got him hooked on building stuff.
