I got it for My girlfriends 18 month year old; so He will keep His paws off My Scale Models. I was amazed at how well it flew, but it cost near $5 ! I remember they were 25 cents ! I want to put some FAI rubber on it, and see how it does.

Yes, I too remember when the gliders were dime and the powered models were a quarter. I have a few of the cheaper versions I keep with me in my tool box. I have them for when kids help me, when I am trimming out a new plane. It is there payment for retrieving my model after it's flight.

Spreading the joy of Guillow's modeling one smile at a time.

Happy Thanksgiving. Mitch

Hobby Lobby has models like that. If you go the their website you can get a 40% off any single item coupon and get them for a couple dollars. If you have a smart phone you can just show it on your phone.

Ironically there is an article in the January issue of Fly RC magazine showing how to convert a Jet Stream to RC electric. LOL. It looks like they used the parts from a Hobby Zone Champ. You know I gotta try it now. I have alot of crashed Champs, and can easily piece something together.
