hello
It was supposed to be a new project to test the 900 serie.
I bought this T-28 and started with the fuselage.
everything was ok

adding the stringers

and then.. the drama...

don't let your children play with this bullet in a closed area, especially when there are some balsa works in progress... THEY DON'T MIX !!!!!

Ooops.
I hope you didn't get too mad.
That's an interesting jig you have for the fuselage.

I have had so many mishaps. From dropping a battery pack on one, and most recently I was testing a brushless motor setup, and in spite of all the warning sticers, I held it in my hand when I applyed throttle, and it got away from me, and cut through the turtle deck on my plane. And my thumb.

2 years away from balsa .....
my holidays are starting, and I want tu cut some balsa again !
waiting for the delivery of the PC-6 Porter i just ordered, I've decided to try to bring this T-28 back to life !
with some 1.5mm balsa sheet, (ok ok... 1/16"... i'm in Europe you know...) I made some new parts, and so far so good.

hey XBarrioz! nice work, too bad about the soccer ball, interesting workboard and magnets. They look like a good combination for keeping things square and true. could you let me know the name of the manufacturer and the name of the product please?

Thanks and keep up the good work. Blue side up!
