Guillows Costumer Service

For the last few years whenever I had a Guillows kit with dented plastic parts or horrible wood. I would contact costumer service for replacement parts and they were great. Lately, I would email or call costumer service and no reply. I bought a Guillows 500 Stuka and the wood was horrible. The lightest piece was 27 lb/ft and average was 28.5 lb/ft. I don't care how much sanding or trimming you do, that is way too heavy. So I sent them my kit and 4 days later Guillows sent me the kit back. They hand picked the balsa and now the average weight is 11-12 lb/ft. Not the greatest, but good enough for flying. Thanks Guillows.
